Customers are entitled to exchange or return the product purchased from Supremopharm website within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is:
In its original condition, meaning unopened or unused.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- Refund Cases
Customers are entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases:
If the product has a manufacturing defect.
If the product is not in accordance with the specifications mentioned on the website.
If the customer’s desire for the product has changed.
- Refund Steps
To exchange or return the product, the customer must contact customer service via email info@supremopharm.com or phone +201276388157 within the refund period.
After contacting customer service, the customer will have to send the product to the following mailing address:
Building 14, section 6105. End of Kods street, from street no.9. Mokattam dist – Cairo11571, Egypt.
The customer must pack the product well and write the order number on the packaging.
- Refund Fees
Customers do not bear any fees for exchanging or returning the product.
- Refund
The value of the product will be refunded to the customer after the product is received and inspected by the customer service team.
The value of the product will be refunded to the same payment method that was used at purchase.
- Refund Exceptions
Customers are not entitled to exchange or return the following products:
Products that have been opened or used.
Products that have been modified or changed.
Products that do not bear the supremopharm logo.
