ORDER DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Delivery Policy

Shipping Locations: We deliver to all parts of Egypt.
Shipping Charges: we will deliver for a charge that is established in Egyptian pounds based on the delivery location
Delivery Method: Delivery is done through our approved shipping company.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are shipped.
In case the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer after deducting the shipping charges.
In case the customer receives the order, they can return it within 14 days of the date of receipt.
In case the order is returned, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer after deducting the shipping charges and return charges.

Return Charges:
Return charges are 25 Egyptian pounds.

Return Method:
The customer can return the order through our approved shipping company.
The product must be in its original condition with all of its accessories.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be cancelled in the case of products that have been made to order.
Orders cannot be cancelled in the case of products that have been opened or used.
